Spacious, had a balcony
What could be improved: Smell coming from the toilet, no drying towels for washing up plates and pots etc.
Location was around 15 minutes walk but felt longer was because it’s hot, best to get uber to places in spring/summer time

Overall good location, 5-min taxi trip to jbr beach, had a supermarket and pharmacy at the lobby
What could be improved: There was a constant bad smell in the toilets.
Also all bathroom furniture was old and had bad finishings.
