Nice apartment. Non accommodating renters.
The location was perfect right in front of Dubai Mall. I apartment was spacious, clean and had most amenities.
What could be improved: The renters were not very helpful. The guy that met with us for registration was very difficult to deal with and registering took too long even though they asked for our ID’s one day before. I had 2 kids and a baby with me and he did not let me take them to the apartment before parking my car. After parking i asked if we were done registering so i could take down the luggage and he replied to me rudely with “this is not a hotel it is an apartment there is no service” even though i did NOT ask for help! However, later that day the security actually showed me a trolley for luggage and said they could help me. The previous guy did not even mention the trolley we had to carry the luggage twice to the apartment. Upon leaving i had to use the building card to leave the parking and they refused for me to use it but also refused to send someone to open the parking for me. I ended up using it anyway and left the card with the security and told them to deal with it.
Plus, mattresses were VERY HARD and uncomfortable.
It is a good stay and good location, the customer service provides prompt response, very impressive.
The property is located strategic near to Dubai Mall
What could be improved: The bed mattress is not comfortable for me (it’s too hard) so every time I wake up in the morning, my body aches.
It’s also good if slippers provided
