Al Bandar Arjaan by Rotana – Dubai Creek

Everything! The room was very spacious, comfortable, clean and equipped with everything needed .. the restaurant salt and pepper had amazing food, the staff was wonderful friendly and helpful all the time, the valet service was superb if you’re renting a car you don’t have to worry about the parking space

Staff in reception was very helpful, specially Mr. Cherif. The creek view was the best I ever saw in Dubai.

all staff are very professional and always prompt when you need anything. they do everything to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable, especially Kymene in the lobby .the furnishing in the apartment is classy. the view is amazing. very good value for money.

We stayed here 2 weeks ago and loved the suite and the whole experience of this hotel . I booked again for our return stop over and the check in was poor. Ahmad on reception was exceptional but let down by the fact that although we'd booked a no smoking suite there was only one available and it smelt of smoke. He offered us an upgrade to a one bedroom suite but this was a smoking one and smelt stronglyof smoke. Why this hotel doesn't become totally non smoking is unfathomable. After a good long delay while Ahmad tried to find us something non smoking we agreed to take a hotel room. Disappointing as we'd booked the suite to get kitchen facilities. The room was top quality and we enjoyed the hotel but the smoking situation with room availability didn't help anyone. Staff were all very good and helpful and the facilities were fantastic.

The property is nice and clean.
Amazing customer service very well mannered and understanding. Would definitely book again.

Loved staying here, quiet, clean, well equipped and comfy. We had an apartment with kitchenette and it met all our needs. All the staff were very helpful. The hotel has a fantastic pool area with a view over the Creek and Burj Khalifa in the distance. Located in a very authentic part of Old Dubai.
