What could be improved: The villa accommodates more than 6 people, but the number of towels is only 3. We requested more, but they were not responded to due to unavailability.
A good cheap choice, DO check if they are going to put you on the construction side!
Everything is absolutely good.
The room was a bit used and needs refurbishing.
As of April 24 there’s a construction ongoing.
We were lucky to stay on an opposite side of it, so check in advance

Great location on Palm Jumeirah. Very close distance to swimming pool and beach. The pool is located inside the U shaped building from southern side which was perfect in the winter time. Well equipped appartment with all necessary equipment even for longer stays.
Carl and Ghosh from the reception were very helpful from the pre-visit info requests till the check-out
What could be improved: Noisy construction area on the eastern side (Dubai specific)
