Location is perfect ; but getting deposit back was an hassle and really uncomfortable.

What could be improved: - There was some leakage issue in the apartment downstairs so the security and the lady from downstairs kept on coming n knocking our door along with maintenance - upon telling multiple times that we are here on short term stay and adviced to reach out to the owner directly still the security was coming and knocking the door 😵‍💫 ( happened 4 times during our stay )

- My biggest struggle was getting my security deposit back- as i had never met the owners in person the security deposit in cash was given to their nanny who came after 1/2 hour of check in ( the apartment was self checkin). Upon the checkout i reached out to the owners to take the handover and return the deposit thats what the procedure usually. Though i wanted to do the check out earlier (10am around instead of usual checkout time ) but as i informed them last moment so i was willing to wait for someone to come do the inspection n take the handover … instead they were asking me to do the self checkout and they will transfer the money via bank transfer after doing the snagging of the apartment 🤷🏻‍♀️.. and all i was asking them that i will wait in the apartment n meet someone in person to give the handover and get my security deposit back .. i had provided the video of the entire apartment as well if they can transfer the amount and i will vacate the premises.. but still i was getting forced to vacate n we will do the transfer later .. while waiting in the apartment for anyone to come n take the handover i was getting texts from the owner saying i am insulting them , threatening them by staying in the property and for not trusting them.. we are not scammers 🤷🏻‍♀️ and if i stay longer they will charge me for extra day.. and it was around 12:30 PM and all i was waiting to get my deposit back while i give the keys back as its a pure business and that what usually is the criteria the moment you check out u get your security back.. atlast i got my deposit back n the same moment i left the apartment..
