Great location great views some attention to detail by rental company is required
When we arrived we were stopped by security. We spent 30 minutes waiting for the rep to sort out the issue. The rep was not present. The rep was not aware the main reception was being refurbed either.
The oven didn’t work and hob overheated quickly making using frustration.
1 water heater for the bathroom gave up after 5 days.
The rep offered to send maintenance however I don’t think the problems were an easy fix in my opinion.
The location was fab looking down the marina and the apartment is a good size and well appointed.
The balcony is a good size too.
Well located next to bridge to allow easy access to JBR
Fajne, duże mieszkanie z cudownym widokiem na Marinę
Bardzo duże mieszkanie idealne dla większych grup. Wygodne łóżka, bardzo dużo miejsca w szafach, dużo ręczników. Dwa pokoje i salon mają wyjście na balkon i widok na Marinę. Kuchnia jest wyposażona we wszystko czego potrzebujecie - w tym w ręcznik papierowy, co jest bardzo miłym gestem, jest też pralka, a na balkonie suszarka na pranie. Na ścianie przed łazienkami jest przełącznik do włączenia ciepłej wody - my go nie zauważyliśmy i 2 dni braliśmy mocno letni prysznic :D
Na 3 piętrze jest duży, podgrzewany basen rekreacyjny i cieplutkie jacuzzi, wszystko czynne od 10 do 22. Dookoła basenu są leżaki.
Po drodze do mieszkania nie napotkacie żadnych schodów, są podjazdy i jest szeroka winda.
Do mieszkania przynależy miejsce postojowe, ale nie korzystaliśmy.
Do atrakcji Dubaju nie jest blisko, trzeba podjechać, ale widok wieczorem z balkonu jest tego warty. Blisko bloku jest fajny pub sportowy i piekarnia, polecam odwiedzić obydwa.
What could be improved: Za mało papieru toaletowego - tylko w jednej łazience była dodatkowa rolka.
Można rozważyć udostępnienie większej liczy kart dostępowych, jedna karta na 5 osób to trochę mało.
