Overall satisfactory.
The room is large, well-equipped, with a great view and a great location. There is a Carrefour downstairs.
What could be improved: Early check-in and late check-out are not negotiable. Even if the day before or after is not booked. I don't know if it is the same in Dubai, but it seems a bit unfriendly to other cities I have visited.
