What could be improved: Tutto
Very dissapointing
Sadly, when we arrived with noticed stains everywhere (carpet, kitchen, sofas and worst of all bed linen).
We explained to the host (who was actually very good) and although he tried to placate us we simply refused to stay. We left immediately with no refund offered. Having looked at my booking I thought it was a marriot apartment and expected more only to realise it was separate and didnt cost 5 star prices which was its only redeeming feature. Still 725 for four nights is not completely cheap either so would expect a clean apartment at a bare minimum.
Finally many items were damaged/ broken and the apartment needs a lot of tlc to include painting and repairing items - loose cupboards in the kitchen etc. cutlery was limited & cheap.
I dont like having to write a bad review but equally dont like throwing away 725 pounds and having to book a hotel at 10.30pm at night.
What could be improved: Wasnt clean and items broken or showing wear and tare
