Its a cost effective property for the location. A few updates could really make it outstanding.
Property is in a great location and the hosts are very responsive. Wifi is good.
What could be improved: Its needs to be updated and maintained regularly. There were quite a few issues, which as soon as we mentioned to the host, were sorted very quickly but some of these things should be checked between stays.
We travel a lot and this apartment was the worst we have experienced so far.

What could be improved: There were insects our whole stay in the bathroom and even though the owner sent someone to take care of it, it didn’t help. Everything in the apartment was very old, so that we always had the feeling it breaks down anytime. The windows weren’t clean and that’s the first thing when someone arrives somewhere new and wants to look from the window. In most of the rooms there is no window to open for fresh air. The pans for cooking were all fully scratched so it wouldn’t have been healthy to use them for cooking at all. They were in general not for 14 people from everything there but the ad was exactly for 14 people which is not true. On the dining table were also small insects the whole time and after cleaning the table, they would just show up again. We were lucky that my aunt has a house in Dubai and was able to bring her maid to clean up and take care of the apartment a little bit. In my opinion, the apartment is not worth the price at all since it is very outdated and no one took care of it really. If you invest in such a business, you have to also take care of the apartment and not only post beautiful pictures of it.
