Excellent hotel bcz of Staff

I stayed at the Grandeur Hotel for 14 days, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. All the staff were extremely well-mannered and welcoming. From the moment you enter the hotel, you’re greeted with warm smiles that make you feel at home.

I would especially like to thank Ms. Nileema and Mr. Wazir for their outstanding service. Their knowledge, professionalism, and constant willingness to help—always with a smile—truly stood out. They are both amazing individuals, and my best wishes are always with them.

I’d also like to appreciate Mr. Prashu, the person who cleaned my room. He was very kind and exceptionally professional in his work.

The hotel itself is very clean and well-maintained. I highly recommend the Grandeur Hotel, especially because of its dedicated and professional staff.

Staff's responsive was quick and reasonable. Breakfast served was good.

What could be improved: Not enough supplies inside the room and in one of the rooms it was missing

Staff was friendly and the room was clean. I didn’t like the towels they appeared to be old and not soft

What could be improved: Towels was too old and dry . The breakfast menu was poor it was more of Chinese meals with noodles for breakfast fast which is abit weird
