Exceptional staff and hotel
The staff here are exceptional and genuinely care about the guests—it's like they've been chosen specifically for how kind they are! I honestly can't think of a place where I've had better service. Evelyn, Bilal, and everyone else from reception, the restaurant, breakfast crew, housekeeping, and lifeguards were amazing and went out of their way to make our stay great.
We stayed in a two-bedroom apartment, and it was super clean, luxurious, comfortable, and spacious.
The hotel is right above a supermarket, restaurants and a shopping mall is also nearby. It’s also located in the marina so it’s away from the hustle and bustle of the crowds at burj khalifa and Dubai mall (roughly a 30 min cab ride) and has more of a local vibe.
