Amazing architecture and so clean everywhere you go.
The staff was great especially Evelyn who offered to look after our 4 months old baby so we can eat together. What a considerate gesture which went above and beyond what we could imagine.

My Stay at La Zona Continental Hotel – Dubai (Gulf Food 2025)

For my visit to Gulf Food 2025, I stayed at La Zona Continental Hotel in Dubai. This time, I chose this hotel due to its prime location, cleanliness, and accessibility, and overall, it turned out to be a good experience.

Hotel Overview & Location
- The hotel is situated in a central area with easy access to the Metro, making it convenient for traveling around the city.
- Being located on the main road, it offers a hassle-free commute with nearby restaurants, shops, and other essential services.

Room & Amenities
- The room was clean, tidy, and spacious, which was a major plus.
- I had a beautiful main road and airport view, adding to the overall comfort.
- All toiletries were available, which made the stay more convenient.
- Daily housekeeping was done well, ensuring a neat and fresh environment every day.

Service & Staff
- The hotel staff was helpful and responsive.
- Although not a major issue, the air freshener placed outside my room and in the lobby had an extremely strong fragrance.
- I requested them to turn it off at night, and despite it not being a hotel policy, they were kind enough to accommodate my request.

Pricing & Value for Money
- The room rates were reasonable, neither too expensive nor too low.
- Considering the location, services, and room quality, the hotel provided good value for money.

Final Verdict
- My overall stay was good, with comfort, cleanliness, and convenience being the highlights.
- Except for the air freshener issue, which was quickly addressed, I had no complaints.
- I would definitely consider staying here again for future visits.

What could be improved: • I asked them for a complimentary breakfast or dinner, but they totally refused, not even offering it for a single day.
• Anyway, it was not their fault—it was me being extra demanding, but it would have been a nice gesture if they had at least provided a single-day breakfast option.

A lovely stay in Dubai

I will begin by saying that the concierge (whose name we honestly forgot, but not his figure - young, slim, in his 20s-early 30s, Indian, wearing glasses) was very professional, polite and talkative to us. We were delighted by this kind of welcome. We hadn”t been to Dubai in the last decade and we were pleased with the conversation this gentleman started with us. You should give him a raise.
The room was really spacious, we were not expecting that. The bathroom was also very neat and modern, the beds were tidy and very comfortable. The cleaning service does a good job!
The food was also good and we were pleasantly surprised by the morning staff during the breakfast routine: very respectful and ready to address any need.

What could be improved: They could improve their breakfast, because it is not very diverse and that unfortunately contrasts with the rest of the offered amenities.

Extremely clean hotel near the airport with an excellent location.

Family vacation 2024/2025

The hotel is new and very welcoming, making you feel at home.The facilities in use at the hotel was well maintained for example the gym was well equipped.The kids enjoyed playing in the play room and the pool was exquisite.The staff were warm, welcoming, polite and helpful.The location was just perfect as we had restaurants,metro and shops nearby. What made the location even better was we got a beautiful view of the city. We will surely recommend it to families and friends.
