Good location
What could be improved: I recently stayed at this luxury apartment owned by One perfect stay location and had a troubling experience regarding the security deposit. I was required to pay a deposit of 1,500 AED, with the promise that it would be refunded within one week after check-out. However, it has now been a month, and I have yet to receive my refund.
The communication with the property management has been frustrating. I was referred to three different representatives, and the last one assured me that the payment had been processed and would reflect in my account within 24 hours. That was last Thursday, and as of today, I still see no sign of my refund.
Attempts to reach out for clarification have gone unanswered, raising concerns about the legitimacy of this property. I strongly suspect that they may be scamming guests out of their money.
I believe this property should be removed from the platform to prevent others from experiencing similar issues. I will be sharing the details of my interactions to support this claim.
