Spacious apartment
Good communication with the owner, very spacious apartment, excellent internet connection, however the service provider blocks the use of VPN. 24h supermarket right opposite the building.
What could be improved: Location at a crossroads with lots of noise from the cars and trams, exacerbated by the balcony door that are very difficult to close. The fridge is very loud and needs to be repaired.

Spacious one bed apartment with on-suite bathroom and additional toilet off living area. Sofa bed was also available. Easy access across walkway to Barasti. Well maintained pool area, excellent large gym areas and pleasant balcony.
Saed was an excellent host, just ask and he would ensure immediate response and do everything possible to assist.
Very pleasant and relaxing stay. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.
On 19th floor some traffic noise can be expected.

Fabulous 6 days in Dubai
Clean simple nicely furnished flat. Has everything you need. Balcony with nice view. 2 blocks from the marina. Opposite great supermarket. Next to tram station. Always taxis outside. Good gym and pool. Host was really helpful. Good value for Dubai

Host Saed was amazing and went above and beyond.

Fantastic host who met me at reception and escorted me up to the property. The place itself was very well kept, clean and had a large kitchen, living space and great balcony overlooking the Palm and marina. The gym and pool were both great. Would absolutely stay here again if I was in this area.
Nice apartment with a nice host
Saeed the host is very friendly and helpful. He organised taxi for us. The apartment has a full equipped kitchen and washing machine. Tv with Netflix. Around the corner a Carefur supermarket and a nice restaurant. A tram station besides the building and 5 minutes walk to the marine with restaurants. 30 minutes walk to the JBR.
