Decent apartment and good host but needs to be fixed and improved.
The location of the apartment is very convenient, and the amenities like the pool are a nice bonus. The size of the apartment is also good—plenty of space for a comfortable stay. Communication with the rental agency was smooth, and they were generally responsive when needed. Overall, a solid place to stay.
What could be improved: There were several issues during the stay. The designated parking spot was blocked, so I had to leave the car in the sun. A number of small things in the apartment were broken, such as the toilet flush and bathtub. The beach area also wasn't well maintained compared to other properties on the Palm.
