What I like about the property:
Location is near to Dubai Mall & Burj Khalifa. We take a slow 15min leisurely walk to these places. Property is on 14th floor. You can see Dubai Mall Fountain & Burj Khalifa from the balcony & all bedrooms. Property is beautifully decorated, fully equipped & very clean with natural light coming from the windows. It has high ceiling, very good space areas with big bedrooms, balcony, kitchen & bathrooms. Bathrooms comes with showers & bathtubs. Shower pressure is good & strong. The beds & pillows are fantastic. They are soft, cozy & feel luxurious for great night sleep. Property has big & beautiful swimming pools which you can enjoy. It also comes with a gymnasium for a good workout. There is a 24hrs supermarket just across the little road from property. Carpark lot is available if you rent a car. Mr Ramy, the property owner is very kind, attentive & accommodating to our needs . It is a great pleasure to be taken care by him. He treats us like family. He is very proactive & fast in our communication. He ensures that we are always comfortable & safe. He provides us with lots of drinking waters in the fridge. Coffee & tea are provided too. Wonderful to have a working washing machine as we were able to wash & dry our laundry well.
Clean, new, and modern
The apartment was well designed, clean and had everything we needed including a washing machine. You could see the Dubai fountain from the veranda. Gorgeous night time views.
