The Waves 241 Dubai Marina

Highly recommended!

I loved how spacious the apartment was. We were a family of five, and it felt just like home. There were three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The balcony offered a beautiful view. We had private parking in the building. The area had everything: the stunning marina, a magical beach, and plenty of places to eat or hang out. We also enjoyed having IPTV channels and very fast internet. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed.

The check-in and check-out process was smooth, and we encountered no issues.

Our host, Aymen, was efficient and helped us with everything. He even allowed us a late check-out, which was truly appreciated.

We stayed on the 24th floor, and the building entrance was well-organized with security, giving us a sense of safety.

The location was accessible, and we could easily order food from many restaurants through delivery apps, straight to the apartment door.

In short, a fantastic apartment for a family, in an excellent location, with everything you need to feel at home in the wonderful marina area.

And the price was very reasonable too!

What could be improved: What I didn’t like was the noise outside, which was particularly noticeable when opening the balcony door or sitting on the balcony. There was a constant hum of engines, likely due to the many high-rise buildings in the area, with operational equipment on their rooftops producing noise. However, once the balcony door was closed, the noise was barely audible inside, thanks to the double-glazed windows.

I have to tell all travelers who want to visit Dubai where it is the best accommodation and wonderful host. Definitely Dubai Marina The Waves 241 and that great guy named Aymen. Perfectly equipped large apartment, beautiful views of the wharf, promenade, restaurants... everything for a wonderful vacation. Beach a few minutes, subway near accommodation, all shops. Even if you didn't leave Marina, you have a wonderful vacation. But you should also see all the beauties and attractions of Dubai. And now Mr. Aymen - kind, communicative, he went out of his way to meet us in everything, he gave us advice, he made arrangements, he was interested in whether everything was okay. He was in constant contact with us. We were very pleasantly surprised by the welcome treat (we arrived late at night), so we were happy, we were hungry and thirsty. For me, Mr. Aymen is the best host and I have something to compare it to, I travel a lot. I highly, highly recommend this beautiful place, I would love to come back

Highly recommend this comfortable apartment!

Fantastic location, overlooking Dubai marina harbour, and only a few minutes walk to the metro and an easy 10 minute stroll to Jumeirah Beach. Restaurants are also within a few minutes walk. Everything we needed was there and supermarkets next to the property provided essentials anyway. Aymen, our host, was excellent- he maintained great communication and provided a welcoming large bowl of fresh fruit and bottles of wine. The apartment is wonderfully light/airy and comfortable and I highly recommend it. We used the lovely swimming pool and gym, and there are also a steam room and sauna. Security at reception was also very good. Price-wise, it is very good value for money in comparison to other options and we appreciated having an entire apartment at our disposal. Thank you Aymen for providing a fab place for us to enjoy an amazing holiday!

Superb

The apartment was large and bright and very comfortable. Aymen the host was very accommodating and was extremely prompt at responding to queries we had during our stay. I would definitely recommend staying here. It was close to the Marina walk and supermarkets and the beach. We loved our stay at The Waves.

Right on the marina, close to the beach and close to the trains and trams.

The property was excellent and the location was outstanding I have no words to explain when i arrive I feel like I am so lucky I got the chance and the property owner was so kind and humble he also arranged lots of facilities and complimentary juice, water, fruits , and chocolate for our kids ... thanks Ayman and whole booking.com team

What could be improved: The whole property even the whole society has everything in this society It is very nice and the main show stopper is the balcony view 10 star is very less I give this property 1000 stars 🧿❤️
