What could be improved: لم يكن هناك اي اهتمام بالضيوف حيث لا يوجد اي عامل للخدمة فقط رجل الأمن قام بمساعدتنا

الشقه جميله وواسعه لاكن لايوجد خدمات

الشقه نظيفه وواسعه تعامل المالك جيد

What could be improved: الدخول والخروج ليس سهلا البناء له رائحه غير جيده
لايوجد لديهم خدمه للنقل او على الاقل عربة لنقل الامتعه

Een prachtig appartement op een rustige locatie, met supermarkten en restaurants op loopafstand.

What could be improved: Bij aankomst konden we de voordeur van het gebouw niet openen, omdat we de code niet hadden ontvangen. De kaart waarmee de deur geopend kan worden, lag in het appartement.

What could be improved: A little unpleasant smell
I considered that is commonly in building not this unit and that was negligible
Kitchen and restrooms cabinet is a bit old but the equipment are new and good working

Best Stay ever

The location is great , close to AbuDhabi and 5 minutes on foot from The Onyx tower . I stayed in Al sidir 3B with family , 3 bedoom apartment with shared clean pool , kids playing yard and Gym.

**The Staff **

Very supportive ,patient and welcoming from the moment of booking till check out .Available all the time and responsive .They contacted me a day before arrival and provided all necessary details including the parking number , door PIN code and security guard contact number👍Thanks to each and every one of them.

** The Apartment **

- A spacious , clean with modern design 3 bedroom apartment , inclusive of study room , laundry room ,dining table , 2 Baths/shower,living room kitchen and balcony.
- The apartment can accomodate up to 7 people.
- The kitchen is well equiped in addition of Dolce Gusto coffe machine , however you need to get your own coffee capsule . Water filter device , fridge , dish washing machine , toaster , microwave ,oven ,water boiler along with a tray of Green tea ,black tea bags and sugar.
-Each bed room has disposable slippers.
- 2 baths / showers have toiletries ,towels and additional plastic bags for dustbin
- Living room has flat screen Tv , bedrooms do not .
- Laundry room has : washing machine ,soap , iron , ironing board , mop,broom with dustpan and drying Rack.

** Security and Safety **

-Access card is required to enter the building.

Al Sidir 3B , great , calm and friendly community to stay in .


Note : Al Sidir 4B is completely different from 3B , they are not the same , i stayed in both and definitly will go for 3B again.

What could be improved: If possible to add dustbin in each room because the only dustbins are in bath and kitchen .
