The worse stay in Dubai

What could be improved: Extremely Disappointing and Misleading Experience
The property description was completely inaccurate. It was advertised as a 4-bedroom apartment with large beds, but in reality, it had only 3 bedrooms and a maid’s room with a small bed. It also falsely claimed to have a private pool, which did not exist.
The check-in process was unprofessional — a cleaner handled it and clearly had no idea what he was doing. After raising our concerns with Booking.com, the property falsely accused us of making fake claims. Eventually, it was proven that we were right, and they offered one extra night as compensation. However, by 4 PM, they withdrew the offer and told us to leave.
This property completely ruined our trip. They were dishonest, unprofessional, and disrespectful. Avoid at all costs.
