Nice bedrooms and balconies
What could be improved: Not much communication prior to travel but very good while we stayed at the property. Had major leak from ceiling causing ceiling to fall down. Owner got it sorted in days.

This apartment is stunning, beautiful, perfect location. The staff at the front desk are really helpful. Easy location to grab a cab and a convenient store is right next door. The air con worked great! Washine machine was very handy! Extremely safe building to be in.
What could be improved: The cooker did not work due to no gas and being a gas cooker. The drainage in the bathrooms was not great. The showers in the bathtubs could really do with shower curtains.
Overall the stay was good.
The location and accessibility to amenities was perfect. The view of the Marina was absolutely exceptional both during the day and at night. Could not have asked for a better location. Very spacious, including the upstairs bedrooms.The apartment is air conditioned, which helped.
What could be improved: There a food smell in the hallway of the apartment building which was not to my liking. I assumed it was come through the air vents where there was a few restaurants below. Them was however only isolated to the hallway. Secondly, the host did not cater for a large family where cutlery was concerned. This had to be requested. There was still a mostly smell in the bathroom of the first bedroom upstairs. The stove does not work. The Host Sean mentioned that for security reasons the use of the gas stove was not allowed, not sure why. The rest the apartments use gas. Surprisingly the gas switch was turned off. This was mind boggling. Only a one-plate electric stove was available. The tap in the kitchen was loose. This was supposed to be attended to as confirmed by the Host, but nothing done. The curtains required hooks to ensure the spacing looked correct. The router needed to be rebooted from time to time to get internet connectivity. There was no internet connectivity upstairs even though there were TV’s. The couches needed to steamed cleaned thoroughly. The apartment in my opinion required some maintenance where painting and general touch-ups were concerned.it is not a serviced apartment as advertised. The apartment is cleaned before you arrive and again on checkout. If you requirement this service it is an additional cost of 200AED per day.
