Everything is great. Receiving and handing over the key was done through communication with the person in charge, not the reception. She may be somewhat late in responding, but she is very cooperative.

What could be improved: The room is large and has everything I need. The view is great, especially since the room has a balcony and its location is in the middle of Dubai Mall.

In general I enjoy the stay and easy access to Dubai mall. Khalil and Lana were very supportive..

Excellent location, but the management needs to significantly improve

Excellent location, direct access to Dubai Mall, excellent amenities (including a stunning pool with a view of the Burj Khalifa).
Very kind staff.
Upon arrival, the concierge waited for us until midnight. He also agreed to accommodate an early check-out at 5:45 AM.

What could be improved: Upon our arrival, the room was prepared only for two adults. The sofa bed for the child was not ready.
Numerous requests were necessary to have the sofa bed finally made in the afternoon of the day following our arrival.
We were provided with only one key card for the room, which made it difficult to return at different times or engage in separate activities.
The washing machine is old, and its door does not close properly.
The property does not provide hand soap or laundry detergent.
The property requires a cash deposit upon arrival, which is inconvenient for guests (few people arrive with local dinars, and in general, cash usage has significantly declined).
In summary, the management needs to significantly improve.

Amazing stay in a fantastic location

Lovely spacious apartment with fantastic views of Downtown Dubai area and forming part of a prestigious hotel Kempinski Central Avenue ..main bedroom with balcony and living room plus kitchen equipped with all accessories; bathroom with shower completed the layout. Wifi worked well and the occupants of this apartment can also make use of the hotel swimming pool, fitness centre, restaurants etc.....Another massive plus was the Easy connectivity to the Dubai Shopping Mall , Dubai Aquarium, water fountain, ice skating rink and of course the huge shopping centre itself including food courts . Last but not least I must compliment the staff for the ease of communication and rapid response particularly Mrs Badra who made sure that we were well served and taken care of before our stay, check in and check out were superfast . We loved it and we will be back

What could be improved: As i said everything was great, just 2 minor gripes . One was with TV channels which were quite limited and took the staff 2 days to fix and a 2nd recommendation is to put in some basics like coffee, sugar, tea , dish washing liquid as these were all absent..of course we bought the supplies ourselves the next day as we arrived at 2 am and everywhere was closed at that time. Nothing else to mention and we absolutely loved this place and highly recommend it for a couple or a small family .

Very spacious and clean 4 bedroom apartment. It was great with all ensuite bathrooms great kitchen and living room and dining area.

Its directly connected to mall , the room is big & bed was comfortable. I would like to thank Ms Badra for her kindness & Support where she facilities smooth check in . Really professional staff
