Very good
It is good value for money considering location. Apartment is spacious and clean and everything works. I would definitely come here again. Some people were complaining about deposits, yes there is 1000 aed deposit but you get it back in the day of departure (if you have deposited cash). People from rental company are friendly and welcoming.
What could be improved: No free access for beach. Checkin time is a bit weird (4pm) but hey you can’t have it all.
Great spot - tired apartment
The property requires a fair bit of maintenance. There was next to no hot water or pressure . This was mentioned and we were advised by maintenance guy that this was how the hot water service was in the building .
